CHANGING A SUNREEF YACHT FOR A SUNREEF SUPERYACHT

The very first Sunreef yacht launched in 2002, Sunreef 74 CHE, has been put on sale by his owner buying now the biggest Sunreef superyacht up-to-date currently under construction in the shipyard, the Sunreef 114 sailing.

As the completion of his new yacht is scheduled for the beginning of 2010, the owner decided to sale CHE and to get ready for his new performance-oriented, impressive in size and extremely luxurious Sunreef 114.

Understanding all the assets of a cruising catamaran – yacht such as optimized stability and safety, generous indoor and outdoor space, low draft (less fuel consumption and easy to stay at anchor instead of mooring in the marinas) and excellent sailing performance, the owner of Sunreef 74, satisfied with a wide range of Sunreef in-house services and construction quality, has decided to stay within the brand and increased remarquably the size of his new yacht.

Worldwide famous for being the very first fly-bridge cruising catamaran, CHE is now available for purchase via Sunreef in-house brokerage office.

Modern and extremely comfortable, offering, thanks to the giantic fly-bridge, a very spacious habitable surface, a perfect finish, top-of-the-range equipment and an electronic system with a touch screen controlling all the systems of the yacht, CHE can accomodate 6 guests and 4 crew, in three guests cabins, including a hull sized owner’s suite, all with separate shower, private bathrooms and TV/DVD, and two crew quarters.

Thanks to the professional and experienced crew, the yacht is in excellent shape, very well maintained and ready to welcome new owner on board.
